For our government and private clients, we have planned, organized, managed and executed meetings, workshops, investigators’ meetings, training sessions, and conferences. CCSA has prepared and distributed conference materials and proceedings, graphics presentations, and website materials; performed comprehensive site liaison and coordination functions to provide audio/visual support and high-level hospitality; and arranged travel, lodging, and conference business needs for both government and industry clients. We have developed pre-meeting materials and summaries and other meeting products, including action items, minutes, and post-meeting materials such as, verbatim transcripts, summary documents, manuscripts, and reports. In many cases, meeting summaries prepared by CCSA have served to document decisions pertinent to strategy development.
